These terms and conditions apply between HONG SENG SPORTS INDUSTRIES PTE LTD, a company incorporated in Singapore under Company Registration Number 199408796K, having its registered office at 34 Kaki Bukit Industrial Terrace, Singapore 416114 (hereinafter referred to as “Hong Seng Sports”), and any person placing an order with Hong Seng Sports (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
These terms and conditions governs the sales of any products purchased by the Customer from Hong Seng Sports. By submitting an order to Hong Seng Sports, the Customer agree to be bound by them. These terms and conditions may be amended anytime by Hong Seng Sports.
PRICES
Prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
All prices listed are before GST.
Prices are current at the time of publication. However, due to typographical errors or any cost increases from our suppliers, it may occasionally be necessary to increase prices without notice. Hong Seng Sports reserve the right to change prices and to correct mistakes anytime.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Product specifications are current at the time of publication. However, due to typographical errors or changes from our suppliers, these specifications (not limited to the size, colour, etc) are subjected to change without notification.
Products may not exactly match the photographs on our website. There may be differences in colour, design, etc, depending on the shipment we receive. Photographs are mainly for illustrations purposes only.
ORDERS
Kindly allow about 5 – 7 working days for your order to be processed. Should your order require a longer processing time, we will notify the Customer. Once your order is confirmed, it may not be cancelled.
Custom made products are not allowed to be cancelled. In the event that the custom made product must be cancelled, the full price of the item will be charge to the Customer.
Hong Seng Sports reserves the right to reject or cancel any order. If this happen, we will inform the Customer as soon as possible. Hong Seng Sports accepts no liability for any rejected or cancelled orders by us.
DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for a single order of $300.00.
For orders below $300.00, there will be a standard $30.00 transportation charge.
For delivery to CBD or Sentosa or remote areas (as defined by Hong Seng Sports), additional transportation fees will be charged.
Alternatively, you may choose to arrange a self-collection at our office at 34 Kaki Bukit Industrial Terrace, Singapore 416114. Kindly note that self-collection is only available at the stipulated time as informed by Hong Seng Sports.
DISCREPANCIES IN DELIVERY (FAULTY GOODS / SHORTAGES)
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Any damages, incorrect or shortages have to be reported to Hong Seng Sports within 5 working days. You may drop us an email at sales@hongsengsports.com.sg with your order and contact details. It is important to refuse or report the damaged or incorrect product. Otherwise, it would be deem as complete delivery.
RETURNED ITEMS POLICY
For any reason that you are not satisfied with the product, please contact Hong Seng Sports. Any returned product must be returned within 5 working days. Returned products must be in the same condition in which it was received. The returned product must include all items that were in its original packaging.
If the returned product is used, damaged or missing any parts, Hong Seng Sports reserve the right to bill the Customer for the full price of the product.
For incorrectly ordered items that Customer wishes to return or exchange, there will be a restocking and transportation fee which will be paid by the Customer.
Hong Seng Sports will not accept product returns for custom made items.
PAYMENTS
For Schools, government organisations and approved customers, you may order on credit terms.
For individual order, payments can be made via PayNow.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Hong Seng Sports. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is strictly prohibited.
